Our Radiology Team

Our team of Radiologists has extensive training in a variety of radiological subspecialties which allows them to expertly perform a wide array of diagnostic and interventional procedures. These would include services such as X-rays/plain films, Ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI’s, mammography, and angiography. They are also able to perform interventional Radiology treatments such as uterine fibroid embolization and varicose vein treatment. Each physician has the experience necessary to meet your individual radiological needs.


Donald Blair, M.D.

He received his undergraduate education at the University of Chicago and attended medical school at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his Radiology residency at Washington University. Dr. Blair then received further training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the UCSD. He has special interests in Interventional Oncology. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Erin Capps specializes in Emergency and Trauma Radiology. She received her undergraduate education at Austin College, attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and was a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA). She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Baylor University Medical Center where she served as chief resident. Dr. Capps then completed a one year fellowship in Emergency and Trauma Radiology at Harborview Medical Center, an affiliate hospital of University of Washington. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and Medical Degree from the University of Southern California. He completed his Radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, in Houston where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Chan then received further fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center with specialization in Interventional Oncology. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has received a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

He then completed fellowships in both Body Imaging and Breast Imaging at the University of Washington and Houston Methodist respectively. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
